{eng below} Yo no sé si Uds. piensan igual pero el otoño en los Estados Unidos carga mucho el sabor del día de Acción de Gracias; en mi vivencia, la celebración familiar más importante por acá.

Y mi inspiración no podría ser otra. Sin detalles muy obvios pero con colores, -siempre los colores-, que remiten a esa festividad otoñal tan simbólica, les dejo mi propuesta de mesa que, además, delata mi devoción por el verde y los tonos vivos, aunque no muy de estación, que lucen estos ramitos de Hypericum Coco Bamboo tan graciosos.

Y a ti, ¿te gusta usar en tu mesa los colores tradicionales de las estaciones y las conmemoraciones, o prefieres darle un toque especial y personal?

I don't know if you think the same, but fall in the United States definitely carries the flavor of Thanksgiving; according to my short experience here, the most important family celebration around.

And my inspiration could not be any other. Not using very obvious details but with colors, -always colors-, that refer to that symbolic autumnal festivity, I here present my table setting suggestion that, in addition, reveals my devotion to green and bright tones, coming from these graceful twigs of Hypericum Coco Bamboo.

No logro encontrar imagen más conectada con la estación de los días largos que la de un mar azul, infinito y profundo, con pespuntes dorados y radiantes emanando del astro más absoluto de todos, el de la vida.

Y así es esta mesa, un abrazo a la estación que está latiendo al doblar de la esquina, llena de azules, verdes, con toques amarillos, naranjas. Un abrazo al momento actual en el que parece cada vez más cercano el regreso definitivo de los propios abrazos. El bacalao del Viernes Santo, el almuerzo largo del Domingo de Resurrección. Todo alrededor de la mesa y colmado de amor.

(eng below) Desde mi balcón, que hoy luce este eléboro, planta que florece en el invierno, inclusive en la nieve, pero que mantiene sus flores abiertas y atentas durante el inicio de la primavera, me despido de la estación del recogimiento, del detenerse, del evaluar y revisar. Y llena de ganas le doy la bienvenida a la reina de la estaciones, la dueña del recomenzar, la señora de los despertares.
Y en este día me propongo absorber esa energía del equinoccio, que como bien dice la sabia , marca un momento de renovación de la Madre Tierra, con el día y la noche durando el mismo tiempo. ¿Hay algo más bonito?
¡Que venga la luz del nuevo ciclo! ¡Que venga la esperanza de más vida! Y por supuesto, ¡que nos regresen los abrazos más calurosos y apretados! Ya es hora, la primavera ha llegado.
From my balcony, which today shows off this hellebore, a plant that blooms in winter, even in the snow, and keeps its flowers open and attentive during the beginning of spring, I say goodbye to the season of retreating, of stopping, of evaluating and reviewing. And full of enthusiasm I welcome the queen of the seasons, the owner of the restart, the lady of all awakenings.
