𝐃𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭?
Because sometimes…it’s not lack of discipline.
Sometimes it’s hormones.
Stress.
Trauma (for me—my mom’s accident).
Inflammation.
Cortisol.
Perimenopause.
Poor sleep.
Deficiencies.
Or simply your body needing the right support.
And as women, nobody really prepares us for that part.
That’s what led me down a rabbit hole of researching everything.
I realized even the people focused on longevity and “reverse aging” aren’t doing it with discipline alone. They’re using support, supplementation, science, and guidance to help their bodies function better as they age.
In a healthy span of six months last year—with the help of a doctor who approached things in a healthy and intentional way—I lost 30 pounds while still traveling, eating, enjoying delicious foods, and actually living my life. My BMI also went from 31.1 to 25.
My personal goal BMI is anywhere between 23 and 24.
And so nobody says I’m gatekeeping 😅 I’m going to start sharing more on Transformation Tuesdays—what my follow-up visits look like, what’s included, my experience, and my journey overall. I even have friends doing the program who don’t live in South Florida.
So if you feel like you’re doing all the right things and still not feeling like yourself…trust me, sometimes you just need the right support.
