Why did many athletes and people who monitor their health began to resort to a new phenomenon - “meal prep”? The thing is that most of us are prone to various temptations to eat, many do not have enough willpower or time to prepare and eat only wholesome food. To facilitate this task, people began to prepare food for several days in advance in accordance with their needs and in compliance with the principles of proper nutrition.
