Creamy Cheesy Beef Pasta Shells
Ingredients

12 oz medium pasta shells

1 lb beef steak or ground beef (bite-sized pieces or crumbled)

2 tablespoons olive oil or butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella or Italian blend cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon black pepper

Salt to taste

Optional: red pepper flakes, fresh parsley

Instructions

Cook the pasta

Boil pasta shells in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the beef

Heat oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove excess grease if needed.

Add garlic & seasoning

Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

Make the sauce

Pour in beef broth and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream.

Add cheese

Mix in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and smooth.

Combine

Add cooked pasta shells to the skillet and gently toss until fully coated.

Finish & serve

I replaced the oil in recipe with same amount 1/3 cup of Applesauce.
Replaced Water With same amount instead with 1 cup of pineapple juice from the can of pineapples.
In the bottom of (Pam sprayed)cake pan 1/4 cup of melted butter. Then 1 cup of light brown sugar. Spread brown sugar over whole botton.
Place the pineapples and maraschino cherries minus the stems and pour in the batter and bake it

Chicken and dumplings 💕
Mine is pretty simple, I boil an entire chicken with an onion and 3 ribs of celery then let the chicken rest in a bowl before I pick the meat. I season them broth with salt, pepper, and onion powder and bring it not quite to a boil. My dumplings are 3 cups plain flour, 1 stick of very cold butter cubes and cut into the flour, then add 1 cup of butter milk. Season with lots of black pepper and salt. Roll out on a floured board and I use a pizza cutter to make it easier. I like flat long dumplings. Add them in batches into the broth and after they’ve cooked add your picked chicken in. This last part is optional, but my family likes a thicker broth so I melt 1 stick of butter in a small saucepan and add in 1/4-1/2 cup of flour to make like a roux. I add that in after the rawness is cooked off the flour and after i turn the heat off I add another 1/2 cup to a whole cup of milk. I’ve made it like this for years now and everyone loves it! ❤️

Southern Fried Salmon Patties
INGREDIENTS
1 (14 3/4 ounce) canned salmon
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup flour
1 egg
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
DIRECTIONS
Open salmon and drain thoroughly. Place drained salmon in mixing bowl and flake evenly with a fork.
Add onion, corn meal, flour, mayonnaise, and egg. Stir until well blended.
Shape the mixture into patties about the size of an average burger or less.
Cook in oil in skillet over medium heat until browned on each side. Turn once while frying.
Note: The mayonnaise helps the patties hold their shape and keeps them from being too dry.

Ingredients

3 lbs russet or Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cubed

4 large eggs

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp yellow mustard

1/4 cup sweet pickle relish

1/4 cup finely chopped celery

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp paprika, plus extra for garnish

Instructions

Place cubed potatoes in a large pot and cover with salted water. Bring to a boil and cook until fork tender, about 10 to 12 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.

In a separate pot, boil eggs for 10 minutes. Cool, peel, and chop.

In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, celery, onion, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.

My favorite way to make Brussels sprouts...marinated overnight! In a gallon size zip bag combine juice of 1 lemon, 1 T olive oil, pepper, paprika and garlic salt. Add in Brussels (cut in half or quartered), seal bag and toss around until well coated. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to roast, preheat oven to 400, place Brussels on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. Feel free to eat the entire pan, they are that good! 💚💚💚

Beef Liver and Onions - This is such a great recipe. The whole family loved it 😋😍

You’ll Need:

¼ cup of flour

1 lb beef liver

¼-½ cup of butter

½ tsp of salt

⅛ tsp of pepper

Oil to taste

1-2 tbsp of fresh minced sage

2 cups of thinly sliced onions

½ cup of beef stock

1 tbsp of minced Italian parsley

¼ cup of dry white wine

Steps:

-First, you want to take a bag, and put the flour, the pepper, and the salt together in there.
-Cut the liver into pieces that are about a half an inch, and then, put them into the bag, shaking this until they’re coated. This will help with muting the taste of this.
-Get a skillet, and from there heat about 3 tablespoons of the butter, along with a little bit of oil, and from there, you want to sauté your onions on a medium-high sort of level, so that they’re nice and tender. You should see a small sheen of glossy on this.
-Once you see that, you want to take the onions, putting them inside a dish, and from there, sprinkle the onion as well with some pepper and salt.
-Heat up about 4 tablespoons of the butter, along with a small dash of oil to the skillet as well.
-Add in the liver and then cook this for about 5 or so minutes, until this dish starts to brown.
-Once this is finished cooking, put the onions directly onto the skillet, heating these up together with the liver as well.
-Take the liver and onions and put this onto a plate. Use a stock and the wine to deglaze this, and from there, you want to make sure the liquid is reduced in this until it creates a nice, thick sauce that will really give you something to enjoy with this.
-Take the liver, put it on a serving dish, and then, also add the onion to this. Add the sauce you just made, and then add a bit of parsley in order to garnish, and then you can serve it!
