🌿 MAKING THE BEST OF THIS SEASON 🌿

This week, while still hibernating from the extreme Florida heat and afternoon showers, we’ve been making the most of our time indoors — and honestly, I think we may have stumbled into something pretty sweet. 🤎

Life doesn’t always hand us ideal days. Sometimes seasons hand us lemons and we have to choose to make them into lemonade… 🍋

While the Florida summer has kept us tucked inside, we’ve been enjoying the slower days together:

• Momma is making comfort food
• Daddy is having Nerf gun wars with the boys 😂
• Family movie nights
• Making crafts
• Playing board games
• Starting seeds for the fall/winter garden
• And simply enjoying being together

There’s something special about these ordinary days… The kind of days where nobody is rushing out the door, the kitchen smells like something good cooking, the kids are laughing in the next room, and we’re making memories without even realizing it.

Maybe that’s one of the gifts hidden inside this inconvenient season — it reminds us to slow down and enjoy what we already have.

So for now, we’ll keep hibernating from the Florida heat, making our lemonade, and soaking up this extra family time. 🍋🌿

Because sometimes the sweetest memories are made on days like this.
