This is an easy recipe to prepare… makes a great gravy with the Cream of Mushroom and Cream if Chicken in it. Takes about 1 1/2 hours or less to cook. Pretty tasty and I believe the secret is searing the chicken in a pan 1st!

The picture doesn’t do it justice, i served it over mashed potatoes but rice would go well to.

I got this recipe from my Aunt Carolyn who is a wonderful cook.

Also you add Mayonnaise to the mixture that you pour over the chicken to bake which gives it an even more creaminess to the gravy. You would never know it had mayonnaise in it.

I’ve been busy building my Pinterest account. I started on Pinterest in 2010 when it started and have loved it ever since! In December I turned my account into a business account. So basically I started over on the count total.

Well I did that the 2nd week of December 2024 and I now have 2.5 million monthly followers 🥰.

Do you like Chicken Alfredo? This is an easy like 15 -20 minute all done recipe! I never was a fan of Alfredo until I got this recipe from my sister, Julie. I was making Alfredo for something and so after I made it, I actually really liked it.. it’s creamy and buttery and I’ll admit sometimes I use the white meat of a rotisserie chicken so it’s for sure done in 15-20 minutes!

I found myself needing to make something quick and I had some rotisserie chicken in my fridge that I bought the day before at Sam’s Club. So I decided I’d make it since I had all the ingredients!
