Mrs. Catherine Adams Masek graciously provided us with her expertise today to collect paint samples for analysis in the storage room at Parson Thorne Mansion. In recent years, she had collected samples from the entire interior of the mansion, which enabled us to date and match the color scheme of the original painting that featured the woodwork. This particular room was previously inaccessible, but now that we are restoring it, she was able to access the necessary areas.

Another project done for us by David Reisinger with Roberts Construction Company is the restoration of our sign. It is not quite finished yet as another section will be hung below that says Milford Historical Society.
