This post is for the companies that I support very loyally. Not a lot make this list but these companies have great products, technical information and customer support.

Roarockit.com for all my skateboard building needs. Customer service is just amazing and for my recent purchases they actually layered all my boards ahead of time so I don't have to spend time building the layout. Pricing is good but quality is amazing. I use Sk8CAD.com to design all my boards and it's really a great design program all around with a great discord support group.

Smooth-on plastics is where anything I need to be stronger than just a 3d print I get. Their products are used from hobby to movie making props, tech specs are insane and are always a pleasure to talk to on the phone. Their 2 part rubbers and plastics finish like factory parts.

Slice engineering keeps my main printer running. They produce some of the most high end extruders in the game letting me play with exotic filament. I had a unique failure last year and they worked closely with me to figure out why it failed that way. Nice enough to send parts for free when the failure is no one's fault. Both my machines have 2400+ hours on them and miles of filament used.

Green light surf supply I have used since building my first surfboard over 18 years ago. Originally in Philly now right outside manasquan they have provided all the tools and knowledge to people looking to build their first surfboard.

In my personal life I stand behind Nixon watches, Von Zipper sunglasses and goggles, LibTech/Gnu/Bent Meal snowboard equipment and dakine/686 outerwear.

I have no endorsements or sponsorship with any of these companies just trying to spread the love for those who are still honest and respectable in the game.

About once a year the printers need to be cleaned up and calibrated. Most people think 3d printing is hit print and a couple hours later it's done but that's not the case.

PID tuning for temps, bed leveling, vibration tuning for really nice clean prints and much more goes into being able produce quality parts and products.

You can go buy a printer right now for $700+ that you can kind of just set and forget but for me the tinkering and tuning on machines that only cost $200 is well worth it. Neither machine is stock. One is highly modified and the other has just quality of life upgrades.

2026 should see some additional machines added to my workshop which will bring multi color printing and other options. Stay tuned!

Well that's a wrap on events for the 2025 season! Here at IMR Concepts it was definitely an interesting year with a ton of growth, dialing in products and production and overall finding out who we are as a company. We started in 2020 building surfboards and have added products each year. This post is to recap the last 5 years.

Surfboards: while we did teach two building classes at Cape no new boards rolled off the line in 2025. Our focus was on other avenues but there are plenty of boards in various states to finish by spring 2026. Our goal is to complete almost all blanks that are on premise by the beginning of summer.

Skateboards: We added some new manufacturering techniques to not only speed up production but provide a better quality board. Looks for 4 total models in 2026 as well as prototypes with fiberglass and carbon fiber. Hopefully some will be able to be picked up in retail shops in Rehoboth and Dewey

Fingerboards: same two models sold fantasticly and I will have 1 more model coming out called the "thumb". For 2026 I will have prepacks hopefully available in some shops in Rehoboth or Dewey. Build your own will still be available at vendor shows.

3d printing: tap clocks are on v2 with v3 coming by spring. An additional tide clock will be on display and available. Other printed solutions are available on commission. Both printers will be under maintenance and tuning over the next few weeks. Commission clocks are still available.

Resin work: Skull bottle openers got a magnet update halfway through this year so they hold just fine with a bottle opener. Coasters will continue into next year.

With that said. Be on the lookout for some black Friday deals from us as we unload inventory( this will be the only time to grab something from us until January). IMR Concepts will be taking commissions only(surfboards, skateboards and clocks) going forward for the rest of the year

Awesome day even with the rain at the Punkin Ale Fest. Congratulations to the two groups that bought full clocks as well as to the raffle winner! Turn out was great and as vendors it looked like everyone was busy. Next up for IMR Concepts is Camp Rehoboth Block Party and Analog A-Go-Go.

IMR Concepts will be at punkin ale fest for the second year in a row. I will have some new designs and items for that event as well as a dfh tap clock available as a raffle to help support . Come out and enjoy an amazing event with live music and amazing vendors.

Another satisfied tap clock customer!. This came out amazing! White print then painted. Customer added the logo. Full tap clocks start at $300. Build your own start at $70. Can be tide or regular clocks!

Had a catastrophic failure with one of my printers running a slice mosquito hotend and a bondtech ddx. After a fan failure after 3000 hours of printing I used a torch to clear the filament from the heat break. After reassembly it appears the heatsink screws vibrated loose and let the whole heat block assembly fall into the print, snapping pins and the heat break. worked closely with me and was kind enough to provide spare parts and insight to not let this happen again. Can't thank the team over at slice enough for the help! Production will be up and running sometime next week when my computer ( which also broke with the same issue it was repaired for less than a year ago ) is returned. Can't really justify spending almost $500 to repair a 5 year old computer so I'll be getting all my information from it and moving on to a different manufacturer that is a bit more helpful.

Well as always, I've upgraded all my setups over the years to speed up production and provide a better quality product. This time I've upgraded from a shop vac and hand pump to vacuum press boards to using a vacuum pump to pull over 14.7psi (something I could never do by hand) . The process from sealing the bag and being pressed went from 5-10 minutes to just 2. Come by the every Monday from 5-9pm and come talk shop, check out products or discuss custom ventures.

Money Never Sleeps. Late nights = more opportunities. We here at IMR Concepts are constantly working day or night to get products out. Dual skateboard presses running, an unfortunate catastrophic printer failure (should be up and running in two weeks), computer failure (hopefully back in 3 weeks), a custom surfboard bench which leaves the surfboard removable, and a custom dog skate board . Not only these projects but add on a collab with and a full time job? Sleep isn't on the schedule till summers over. If you don't see out and about this is why.
