I want to take a moment to thank everyone who has supported Etched in Time Gift Shop — every order, message, and kind word has meant the world to me. 💛

At this time, I’ll be stepping back from taking new orders. Our family’s main business, Future Communications, requires my full attention right now. This business is what supports our family, and it needs my focus for the foreseeable future.

I’m so grateful for all the love and support you’ve shown my small shop. This isn’t goodbye — just a pause while I give my time and energy where it’s most needed. Thank you for understanding and for always cheering me on. 💛

Hey everyone!!! I hope the summer has been good for you. From the day I closed the store I have been non-stop! I spent a couple of weeks packing and unpacking, my son had surgery, I designed a spreadsheet database for my husband’s business and then some things happened and our office became overwhelmed with work, so I have been helping them get caught up. I’m dedicating most of my time to our “main” business, but I’m still filling orders. However, I have a much longer turnaround time. Thank you to those who continue to support me and for hanging on through the crazy process of life! I’ve attached some pictures of things that I’ve done AND remembered to take pictures of. 🙈

I'm thrilled to be creating personalized products again!! My first laser job was an ammo can, and the second set includes a batch of Stanley tumblers!! I'm not fully unpacked, but taking a break to fulfill orders feels great!

Hi friends!! I'm making progress, and by progress I mean, I have survived packing the store and workshop. 🙌 Everything is neatly boxed up like a puzzle ready to be solved. So for the next phase, I had slatwalls hung up and shelves placed in my workshop so that I can unbox everything and pretend I'm organized. I'm getting close to being functional again!!!

Meanwhile, here are some cups we were able to do for a customer during our transition.

For my fans of Southern Soap Creations, the new booth is located inside The Luckenbooth Shop. If you haven’t tried her soaps, you absolutely should!! I highly recommend Dreamy Creamy, which is a soap made from goats milk.

To those who have been following, I am happy to report that my son's collarbone surgery was successful today and he has been released from the hospital. Thank you to those who have asked about him. We have to drive home from Jacksonville and then he will be able to rest for the next 4-6 LONG weeks 😜

Our little PAC Man “Watermelon Arcade” themed float for my son’s birthday won Most Unusual.

How does it connect with Etched in Time (besides it being about my son)? Well, let me share…all the PAC Man related shapes, dots and the letters “Watermelon Arcade” were cut with my laser, the watermelons were cut with the laser and then we used the sublimation printer to press a watermelon design on the wood.

I used wood, because I had some cheap spare wood and I wanted it to last through the rain, but I can cut cardboard, foam poster board, styrofoam, and more!

This chapter has come to a close! As one chapter ends, another begins. We would like to thank everyone who has supported us throughout. ❤️❤️

I think it will take 2-3 weeks to relocate and organize my workshop. Although this period will be a little chaotic, I may be able to accommodate small orders, so please do not hesitate to contact me if you need anything.

I just thought I would share with you what I made my husband for Father’s Day.

He doesn’t know yet, so 🤐 🤫

They are car fresheners and I absolutely think they are adorable and hilarious!

Saturday is our last day with open doors at the store, but don’t forget, if you didn’t get an order in before we close, then after the store closes and I get everything moved to my workshop I will be taking orders!

It is here…our last week of open doors for the storefront. A little bittersweet, but exciting time! Saturday will be our very last day, if you have items ready to pick up, please do so this week. After this week, the chaos of moving and my son’s surgery will all begin.

We will be opening at 11:00ish tomorrow morning. Lexi has an interview, so wish her well!
