Self-serve is available today until 12!

In the words of Barney - “Come buy some dead flowers…” 😅☠️

A few dried wreaths are now available, along with dried stem bundles and fresh bouquets! Dad has a few Indian corn bundles too, but all other porch decor (straw bales, corn stalks, pumpkins, mums, etc.) will be available soon! I’ll share a fall porch bundle preorder form shortly. Stay tuned!

That’s a wrap on summer!

While we prep for Fall, The Flower Shop at Barnhardt Farms will be closed for walkup services beginning today until Saturday, September 5th! We then will transition to Fall Store Hours, which will be Saturdays only from 9-12.

Preorders are available for scheduled store pickup or delivery ANYTIME, so don’t sweat! I’ll be updating our online store very soon if you want to see all the fun things we’ll have this Fall 🍂🍁🌾

Lauren Tutherow, our August giveaway winner, stopped by this week to pick up her prize!

She and her sweet girls took home a custom designed vase full of our flowers, 2 packs of our ground lamb (with recipes!), and a list of available peony roots that she gets to pick her favorite from later this Fall!

I was especially excited to chat with her youngest, who reminded me of myself as a child. I know a fellow flower lover when I see one! She rocked a floral dress and happily showed me a floral keychain linked to her purse. She had a look of wonder when she felt the different textures of celosia and I explained how she can keep the “papery flowers” long after everything else has wilted. Don’t lose that spark, sweet girl 💕

As August comes to a close, STAY TUNED for more events and new products being posted in the next few days! Again, Fall is my FAVORITE time of the year 😍

If you heard my 7 year old declare he was excited to eat “lamb balls”, this is what he was referring to 😅

Barney found this recipe and suggested we use lamb in place of the chicken. We served it over cavatappi pasta & it was FANTASTIC. Super easy to make and we all devoured it.

Still on the fence about trying our lamb? This dish will change that. Come pick some up today!
