Always do a 24hr flood test on a shower install!!
If the last installer would have done this, this homeowner wouldnt of been in this situation.

TCNA (Tile Counsel of North America) states tile coverage in wet areas should be a minimum of 95%. Meaning a minimum of 95% of the back of the tile should have mortar adhered to it.

Looks like this previous installer got about 15%.....😂😂SMH

Had a customer call asking me to come look at there shower that had a horrible mold problem amd was leaking. Tearing out the bottom to see what the last installer they hired had done wrong.

Note: this is not one my company installed. Having to come behind other locals and fix their work
