Placing the finishing touches on my work for Mugs for Moms event next week - a silent auction that supports maternal mental wellness.

This year, two mugs will feature my artwork, created on ceramic forms by two incredibly talented local artists, and .

One of my favorite events each year, rooted in care, community, and showing up for mothers in meaningful ways.

There is something incredibly powerful about watching the next generation lead with intention.

Wade, a 7th grader who started his own nonprofit- reached out to me asking me to be part of a basketball fundraiser supporting the homeless community here in Charleston. His heart and the cause made it an easy yes.

I created this one of a kind, hand painted basketball as a contribution to the event.

100 percent of proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly toward supporting the local homeless community.

You can bid online link in their bio or experience the work in person today at the event at - it will be an incredible gathering of community, including professional dunk contests, 3v3 games, basketball art, DJs and performing.

Grateful to be part of this event- it reflects what Charleston is truly about - connection, generosity, and positive change.

Rooted in the Lowcountry, this piece is a quiet invitation to pause and notice the magic and beauty that lives within the in-between moments.

Created with a restrained palette, I built layers of color and texture to express a sense of place. I love how in the finished piece, softness and calm emerge through the broken edges and layered marks.
