WE ARE PLEASED TO PRESENT TITANIC AMERICA: TITANIC AMERICA the collection, an extensive exhibit showcasing the grandeur, and historical significance of Titanic. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore a diverse range of artifacts, and historical pieces, many of which have not been previously displayed. Highlights include items received from the Titanic wreckage site, original props from the Titanic movie, generously donated by Leonardo Dicaprio, and actual photographs of the iceberg involved in the tragedy. This comprehensive collection will be on display in Mt. Vernon, Ohio, Mike Barr a renowned Titanic expert, and authority on Ohio's connection, will be available to answer questions and provide insights. THE COLLECTION features numerous period specific artifacts including a pair of baby shoes worn by Richard Becker, a young survivor from Ohio. Mr. Barr will share the compelling story of the Becker family 's journey, and highlight these historic shoes. Additionally Visitors can view one of the iconic Heart of the Ocean necklaces made famous, from the movie Titanic, as well as other items from the movie set donated by Leonardo Dicaprio. We invite you to embark on an exploration of the history and legacy of Titanic through this exceptional exhibition.
