This home needed a mother in law suite addition. The setbacks along an angled property line made drawing this addition quite tricky. Everything from porch left is the addition.
Originally the homeowner was going to brick the entire addition—but, well into the build discovered their brick is obsolete. So…plan B!
Thankfully they had saved enough from the side of the house, we are able to brick a 4’ chair rail along the entire side! White siding above to pull it all together. We think it looks great!!
