I haven’t been posting lately and I’ve really missed it! I feel like we haven’t had a minute to stop and take a breath over the last month, so I definitely haven’t had time to record and edit videos lol

It's Elvis Week and we're celebrating with this delicious Elvis Presley Cake! This cake will have you all shook up, but that’s all right. You can’t help falling in love with this sweet treat.

Elvis Presley Cake

Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix (including the ingredients the box directions call for)
20 oz. can of undrained crushed pineapple
1 cup of granulated sugar
8 oz. block of cream cheese, softened
1 stick of unsalted butter, softened
3 cups of powdered sugar
8 oz. of chopped pecans

Directions
1. Start by making your cake according to the box directions. When it’s finished baking, poke several holes in the cake and set aside to cool for 1 hour.

2. Combine sugar and crushed pineapple in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until the sugar is melted. Pour mixture over your cake.

3. In a bowl, mix your cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar on low speed until sugar is fully incorporated. I prefer to add my chopped pecans in to my icing, but you can leave them out completely or just sprinkle them on top.

I know this is a long shot, but does anybody have any idea what kind of pan this might be?

I’ve done an image search and tried 1000 other searches but I can’t find an exact match. This is my Grandma’s dressing pan and if I can’t have hers, I’d like to at least have one like it so if anybody can point me in the right direction I’d appreciate it so much! ♥️♥️

This Cheesy Sausage Breakfast Bake is so simple but you’re definitely gonna go back for seconds! It’s something you can throw in the oven on a busy morning or it’s perfect for when you want breakfast for supper (my favorite 😋)

Cheesy Sausage Breakfast Bake

2 lbs of cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage (I use a 1 lb roll of mild and a 1 lb roll of hot)
8 oz block of softened cream cheese
8 oz shredded sharp cheddar
2 cans of buttery crescent rolls (8 ct. each)

Preheat oven to 350°. Cook and crumble the sausage. Grease a 9 x 13 dish and add 1 can of the crescent rolls (don’t roll them, just unroll the dough and lay them in the dish) - I like to let this layer bake for about 5 minutes. Combine the sausage with the cream cheese and sharp cheddar then spread it over the bottom layer of crescent rolls. Add the other can of crescent rolls on top and bake for 15 minutes or until the crescent dough starts to turn golden brown.

One of my favorite recipes to make is Grandma’s Chicken Crunch! It’s an amazing comfort meal, and only needs 5 ingredients. If you’re using a rotisserie chicken you can have this on the table in under 30 minutes!

Grandma’s Chicken Crunch

2 cooked, shredded chicken breasts
1 can of cream of chicken
8 oz sour cream
1 stick of melted butter
2 sleeves of ritz crackers, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine chicken, cream of chicken, sour cream, and salt and pepper then add to a greased 2.5 quart or 9x9 dish. Combine crushed crackers and butter then add it over the chicken mixture. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes then serve!

Hash Brown Casserole is the perfect pairing for breakfast or supper! It’s cheesy and delicious and packed with flavor so you know everyone will love it!

Hash Brown Casserole

2 lb bag of southern Hash Browns
1 stick of melted salted butter
16 oz sour cream
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 diced yellow onion
8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 350°. Add hash browns to a large bowl (I like to thaw mine in the microwave for a minute, that’s completely optional but it helps the butter not to solidify when you’re combining the ingredients). Mix in melted butter then add sour cream, cream of chicken, onion, cheese, and pepper. Spray a 9x13 dish and add mixture. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. I let mine sit for about 15 minutes after it comes out of the oven before I serve it.
