- Great question! We all have hidden talents and staging is one of mine. I have had a rental, and two homes be under contract in less than 48 hours. I had a client recently have a scheduled showing appointment 6 hours after the listing went live in a less than preferred neighborhood. A few days later, that same buyer offered 5k less than asking price in cash.
We all love our homes and how we choose to live in it. However, buyers know what they want and I can help you achieve that esthetic.
