Newest obsession Pickled garlic red onions! If you know me you know most of my life I hated onions of any kind lol now I can’t cook with out them and now I will even eat raw pickled red onions lol

Dinner tonight! My easy peasy homemade lasagna!
2 large jars of Ragu
2 lbs Ground beef
24 oz Ricotta
24 oz Cottage cheese
Parmesan cheese
Oven ready lasagna noodles
Mozzarella
Lots of Jarlic 🩷
So good every single time!!!!

Easy Mexican Street corn dip!
2 cans of Corn
1 block of cream cheese
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 c mayo
Chili powder
Garlic powder
Paprika
1 c Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c queso fresco(1/4 c in the dip 1/4 c on top after baking)
Mix all ingredients and bake for 20 min at 375 degrees, top with remaining queso fresco and eat with tortilla chips!
