Air Fryer Loaded Nachos

Crispy tortilla chips loaded with melted cheese, juicy toppings, black olives, peppers, and fresh green onions.

Ingredients

4 cups tortilla chips

1½ cups shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese blend

½ cup cooked ground beef or shredded chicken

½ red bell pepper, diced

¼ cup sliced black olives

2 green onions, chopped

¼ cup diced tomatoes

1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)

½ tsp chili powder

¼ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and add a layer of tortilla chips.

Sprinkle with cheese, cooked meat, bell pepper, tomatoes, olives, green onions, and seasonings.

Add another layer of chips and repeat the toppings.

Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 4–6 minutes, until the cheese is completely melted and bubbly.

Carefully remove and top with fresh green onions, jalapeños, or your favorite salsa.

Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
