Termite damage in a guest bathroom. This bathroom was completely torn apart at one point to access the damage. Replaced top seals, wall studs, and window framing. New sheetrock with a knockdown texture finish. Also added a change of color to make this space look brand new again.

This customer had a leaking chimney which over time caused some damage inside the wall. The existing wall panels had to be removed, damaged studs, and insulation were replaced. This homeowner decided to go back with T&G pine with a polyurethane finish, trimmed out in dark walnut. Also coverd the hearth and kitchen backsplash with a Greige Rock Pebble tile to match. The chimney was also removed to prevent any further water damage.

After a little sanding, painting, and an 18ft custom built wooden beam this kitchen looks new again.

A few new additions to this guest bathroom. Thought the temperature sensing faucet was pretty cool. Also installed a new toilet and ran power to add a receptacle for this bathroom.
