2 cups pineapple chunks ๐Ÿ

2 cups sliced strawberries ๐Ÿ“

2 cups green & red grapes ๐Ÿ‡

2 cups diced kiwi ๐Ÿฅ

1 cup blueberries ๐Ÿซ

2 cups diced mango or peaches ๐Ÿฅญ

Fresh raspberries for topping โค๏ธ

Cream Layer

2 cups whipped cream or Cool Whip

1 cup vanilla yogurt or vanilla pudding

1 tbsp honey or sugar (optional)

Topping

Extra whipped cream

Fresh raspberries & grapes

Instructions

Prepare the cream
In a bowl, mix whipped cream + vanilla yogurt until smooth and fluffy.

Layer the fruit in a large trifle bowl in this order:
Pineapple โ†’ Strawberries โ†’ Grapes โ†’ Kiwi โ†’ Blueberries โ†’ Mango/peach โ†’ Cream โ†’ Raspberries.

Add the cream layer

2 tablespoons Caribbean rum
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 batch of Rum-Soaked Raisins (see above)
๐Ÿ“ Instructions
1: Combine the raisins and Caribbean rum in a small bowl; let soak for at least 1โ€“2 hours or overnight for a deeper flavor.
2: In a medium saucepan, heat the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and kosher salt over medium heat until warm but not boiling, stirring occasionally.
3: In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks until smooth; gradually add 1/2 cup of the warm milk mixture to the yolks while whisking constantly to temper, then slowly pour this mixture back into the saucepan, stirring constantly.
