Not everyone deserves a seat at your table. Especially those who made you feel small.

"Cut off everyone who constantly makes you feel small especially those you've done everything for, yet they act like they're above you.

Stop proving yourself to people who were never worth it in the first place. Work on yourself. Grow for yourself.

Your inner peace is your power. Your strength is your shield.

You and God that's all you need. Nobody in this world is going to show up for you the way you deserve. So stop showing up for people who wouldn't cross the street for you.

Fall in love with yourself. Live for yourself.

You owe the world nothing. But you owe yourself everything.

"I Gave Myself the Apology They Never Did"

They never said sorry. So I stopped waiting. I apologized to myself — for every time I went silent, for every time I made myself small, for every time I chose them over me. That chapter is closed now.

Research reports that daily cinnamon intake in the range of about 1 teaspoon (1–6 grams) can lower fasting blood sugar and improve blood lipids, including total cholesterol, LDL (“bad”) cholesterol and triglycerides.

These effects are linked to cinnamon’s active compounds, which appear to enhance insulin sensitivity and help the body handle glucose more efficiently.

Easy cinnamon routine:

- Stir 1/2–1 teaspoon ground cinnamon into oatmeal, smoothies or yogurt once per day.

- Choose Ceylon cinnamon more often, as it is typically lower in coumarin than Cassia varieties.

Air‑popped popcorn is a whole‑grain snack that provides about 3–3.6 grams of fiber in a 3‑cup serving while staying under 100 calories.

This fiber adds bulk to stool and supports regular bowel movements, which is why dietitians highlight plain popcorn as an easy swap to help relieve constipation.

The key is to keep it simple: popcorn becomes a much heavier, less digestive‑friendly food when it is drenched in butter, oils, excess salt or sugary coatings.

Simple high‑fiber popcorn snack

- Add 3 tablespoons popcorn kernels to an air‑popper or dry pan with a tight lid.
- Pop, then season lightly with a pinch of sea salt and, if desired, a sprinkle of nutritional yeast or herbs.
