Cookies Made From Brownie Mix

Ingredients:
- 1 box (18.4 oz) brownie mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, melted butter, and eggs. Stir until well combined.
3. Add the flour and vanilla extract to the mixture and stir until smooth.
4. If using chocolate chips, fold them into the dough.
5. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Ingredients:

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 tbsp baking powder

- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup melted butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

For Cinnamon Honey Butter:
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cornmeal, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, milk, eggs, melted butter, honey, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup frozen peas & carrots (optional)
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers or panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Ingredients:

- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

**Sauce:**
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (slurry)

Directions:

- 1½ cups orzo pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
1. Cook orzo according to package directions; drain and set aside.
2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until golden brown and fully cooked (6-8 minutes). Remove and set aside.

- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 ½ cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
- ½ cup salsa
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Directions:

Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- 3 cups powdered sugar

- 4 cups cold water
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Lemon slices, for garnish
- Fresh mint (optional)

Directions:
1. Roll the lemons on the counter with firm pressure to release more juice.
2. Cut the lemons in half and juice them, removing any seeds.
3. In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir well until the sugar starts dissolving.
