I'LL SHOW YOU 5 DELICIOUS COOKIE RECIPES
1. Cornstarch Cookies
Ingredients:
200 g cornstarch
100 g butter
100 g powdered sugar
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
Mix the butter and powdered sugar until creamy.
Add the egg yolk and vanilla, mix well.
Add the cornstarch little by little until you have a soft dough.
Shape into balls, flatten slightly, and place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
2. Delicious and Easy Milk Cookies
Ingredients
250g all-purpose flour
7g baking powder
80ml milk
1 egg yolk
60g butter
35-45g sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
Step-by-Step Preparation
We'll need 60g softened butter.
Add the sugar (I used 35g).
Add a sachet of vanilla sugar; if you don't have any, you can use vanilla essence.
Add a pinch of salt and mix.
Add one egg yolk and mix.
Add the milk (I used 80ml).
Add 250g of all-purpose flour and baking powder.
Sift the flour. If you don't have a sieve, sift it through a colander.
And mix.
Finish the dough by hand. It's a very soft, non-sticky dough that's very pleasant to the touch.
Refrigerate the dough for about 15 or 20 minutes.
Divide the dough into two pieces.
Shape it into a compact, round ball.
Roll it out, forming a sausage-like shape about one centimeter thick.
Now cut it into 4 or 5 cm long pieces.
Place the pieces on a baking sheet without letting them touch each other.
At this time, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) with top and bottom heat for at least 20 minutes.
Place it in the oven (if your oven only has bottom heat, bake it on the middle shelf).
In total, it took me about 25 minutes to bake the cookies.
Sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
Now our cookies are ready.
3. QUEEN COOKIES
INGREDIENTS
250 g flour
200 g sugar
150 g butter
2 Egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
200 g fruit jelly
Food coloring (red was used in this case)
PREPARATION
To begin, mix the butter with the flour and sugar; this mixture should be heterogeneous and take on a sandy appearance.
Next, add the egg yolks and to this mixture, add the vanilla essence or orange zest, whichever you prefer. Then, begin kneading.
When the dough is ready, let it rest for 30 minutes and then roll it out until you have a dough up to 1/2 thick.
Once rolled out, cut some circles with a crimp cutter to create the shape of the Queenitas.
You will need a rim made from the same dough to create a bowl-shaped crust.
Once this is ready, bake them in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and once cool, fill them with the fruit jelly tinted with red food coloring.
4. Oatmeal Cookies 🍪
Ingredients: 📋
- 150 g oatmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- Cinnamon to taste
- 50 g chopped pecans
- 40 g raisins
- 30 ml olive oil
- 1 egg

Prepare the dough: In a bowl, mix the oatmeal, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, chopped pecans, and raisins. Add the vegetable oil and egg. Stir well until you get a smooth dough.
Shape and bake: Shape the cookies into the size you prefer and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.
Cool: Let the cookies cool. They will initially be soft, but will crisp up on the outside once cooled.
5. CORNSTARCH AND CONDENSED MILK COOKIES filled with DULCE DE LECHE
Ingredients: (50 cookie shells / 25 alfajorcitos)
100 g butter
1 egg yolk
1 lemon zest
30 g powdered sugar
150 g condensed milk
250 g cornstarch
80 g all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
400 g dulce de leche
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the butter, powdered sugar, egg yolk, and condensed milk until pale in color.
Flavor with lemon zest. Sift and add the cornstarch, flour, and baking powder in two batches.
The mixture will be somewhat sticky. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour on plastic wrap.
Weigh out a 10g portion and shape it into a sphere.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper/silicone/nonstick sheet. Press lightly with a fork.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350°F (170°C) or until the bottom is firm and lightly golden.
Cool completely. Fill with dulce de leche to taste.
