Slow Cooker Hamburger Hash 🍲
Ingredients – Main:
500g ground beef
4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1 onion, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 cup frozen corn
1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
1 cup beef broth
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and drain any excess fat.
2. Transfer the beef to the slow cooker.
3. Add diced potatoes, chopped onion, red and green bell peppers, corn, and diced tomatoes.
4. Pour in the beef broth.
5. Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
6. Stir all ingredients together until evenly combined.
7. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until potatoes are tender.
8. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top, cover, and let melt for 10–15 minutes before serving.
