What a week it’s been here at FV (more on that soon)! Today I’m sharing another edition of
✨✨✨Paper Trail.✨✨✨
This week I spotted some beautiful green samples leaving the studio, and it got me thinking about how green shifts with the seasons.
In spring, it’s the electric, the yellow green of new leaves and buds waking from their winter sleep, an exhilarating sign that flowers and warmer days are on the way.
In summer, the greens mellow into soft hues of sea glass and honeydew, faded by the sun and cool to the touch.
In fall, the leaves begin to turn, and green gives way to yellows and golds.
And in winter, the evergreens and pines hold on, the only foliage strong enough to weather the cold.
Same color, four seasons, completely different moods. Which season’s green is your favorite? 🌱🍈🍃🌲
