Air Fryer Breaded Chicken Wings Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 pound (480 g) chicken wings
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed peppercorn
METHOD
STEP 1
Place chicken wings in a large bowl. Pour in vegetable oil. Toss well to coat. Set aside.
STEP 2
In a small mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Mix well.
STEP 3
Dip oiled wings into the dry mixture, then place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
STEP 4
Preheat your air fryer to 400º F (200º C)
STEP 5
Cook in the preheated air fryer for 20 minutes, flipping once during the cooking. Check doneness with a meat thermometer (internal temperature should be 165º F (82º C)).

Deviled Egg Pasta Salad 🥚🍝
Craving a dish that brings all the flavors of deviled eggs into a hearty pasta salad? This Deviled Egg Pasta Salad is perfect for picnics, potlucks, or a delicious side dish at dinner!

Ingredients:

🍝 8 oz elbow macaroni or your favorite pasta
🥚 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
🧅 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
🌿 1/4 cup fresh dill or parsley, chopped
🥒 1/2 cup celery, diced
🧂 1/2 cup mayonnaise
🧂 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
🧂 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt
🧂 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
🌶️ Paprika, for garnish
Directions:

Cook the pasta: In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped hard-boiled eggs, red onion, fresh dill or parsley, and diced celery.
Make the dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Mix together: Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and gently stir to combine, ensuring everything is well coated.

Broccoli and Mushroom Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb broccoli florets
10 oz sliced mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, red pepper flakes, and cornstarch. Set aside.

Cook the broccoli: Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 30 seconds, then drain and rinse with cold water.

Stir-fry: Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown.

Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the sauce: Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir continuously until the sauce thickens.

OMG TACO CUPCAKES 🌮 🤤

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1/2 cup sour cream (for topping)
- 1/2 cup salsa (for topping)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Optional Toppings:
- Diced tomatoes
- Guacamole
- Sliced jalapeños
- Sliced black olives

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat, add taco seasoning, and cook according to package instructions. Remove from heat.
3. Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, then add a layer of seasoned beef, a sprinkle of cheddar, and a layer of Monterey Jack. Add another wonton wrapper on top, then repeat with beef and cheeses.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the wrappers are golden and crispy.
5. Let cool slightly, then top with sour cream, salsa, and green onions. Add any additional toppings as desired.

I need some people to say (yummy) so I can add their names to the Active Member list

Spinach and Gruyere quiche with a chopped brown crust:

Ingredients :

For the Hash Brown Crust:
- 3 cups of frozen hash browns, defrosted and excess moisture pressed

For the quiche filling:
- 3 chopped bacon slices
- 1 pack baby spinach
- 1/2 cup of diced peppers
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup of diced onion
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup of whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups of grated gruyere
- 3 tablespoons of butter.
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, divided

Instructions :

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Greasing a 9 inch pie plate.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine defrosted potatoes with 2 tablespoons of melted butter and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Press the potatoes in the bottom and sides of the prepared pie dish to form the crust.

3. Bake hash brown crust in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven and set aside.

4. In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and drain the paper towels. Set aside.

5. In the same frying pan, add the remaining spoonful of butter. Once melted, add the diced onion and bell peppers. Bake until soft, about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for additional 1 min.

6. Add baby spinach to the skillet and cook until tender. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.

7. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, whole milk, grated Gruyere cheese, black pepper, nutmeg and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

8. Stir the bacon and spinach mixture cooked in egg mixture until evenly combined.

9. Pour the quiche filling into the pre-baked hash brown crust.

10. Place the quiche in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.

Strawberry Cheesecake Banana Pudding🍓🍌🍮
Ingredients:
For the cheesecake layer:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the pudding layer:

1 (5.1 oz) box vanilla instant pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
For the dessert:

1 box vanilla wafers (or other cookies of choice)
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
Crushed strawberry wafers (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the cheesecake layer:

In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until fully combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined. Set aside.
Prepare the pudding layer:

In a bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
Set aside to allow it to firm up a bit.
Assemble the pudding:

In a serving dish or individual serving cups, layer the vanilla wafers at the bottom.
Add a layer of banana slices and fresh chopped strawberries over the cookies.
Spread a layer of the cheesecake mixture on top of the fruit.
Add a layer of vanilla pudding, smoothing it over the cheesecake layer.
Repeat the layers as needed, alternating between the fruit, cheesecake, and pudding.

Red Snapper with Creamy Creole Sauce 🐟🌶️
Ingredients:
4 red snapper fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 bell pepper, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp Creole seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Cook Fish: Season snapper fillets with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook fillets for about 3-4 minutes per side, until fish is opaque and flakes easily. Remove and set aside.
Sauté Veggies: In the same skillet, add butter. Sauté onion and bell pepper until soft. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Make Sauce: Stir in Creole seasoning, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing to a simmer. Cook until the sauce thickens.

- 1 small head of cabbage , chopped
- 1/2 lb shrimp , peeled and deveined
- 1/2 lb smoked sausage , sliced
- 2 cloves garlic , minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper , to taste
- Fresh parsley , for garnish (optional)

1️⃣ Cook the Sausage:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the sliced sausage.
2. Cook for 4-5 minutes until browned and crispy.
3. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.

1. In the same skillet, add olive oil and minced garlic.
