My Nonna in Rio as a little girl with my Great grandmother Maud Williams. Nonna lived all over the world, wherever she lived she was curious, engaged and generous. She also always picked up dogs along the way and rode absolutely everywhere. Her heart was many places but home was always Castello della Manta. This weekend was beautiful. It marked 40 years since Nonna donated to FAI. I show pictures here of Manta before it was donated and then now how we coincide within these ancestral walls. I too feel very much as Nonna did, my heart is many places. But Manta is home. I'm grateful she and Nonno and my parents taught me so much about Manta, our heritage but also beautiful Piemonte! It was a grey rainy weekend and yet everywhere I looked I saw beauty. That was my grandmother in a nutshell. She was beautiful but she also found beauty everywhere.

We love designing nurseries! The goal is always to design a timeless room that a baby can grow into. This nursery featured in has a beautiful hand painted chest of drawers from , vintage Guillerme et Chambron sconces and a daybed also from the clients rocker recovered in and walls in dragged paper.
