BHSDesign BHS Design is a private NYC interior design firm opened in 1985. Our goal is to create a space that feels intimate, personal and above all else, beautiful.

Since 1985, BHSDesigns has been known for creating homes with a refined use of distinct materials, sophisticated color and elegant simplicity. As a designer, Barbara's most important consideration is developing a space that is harmonious with the structure and in which the homeowners feel comfortable and relaxed. Barbara Horowitz has designed a diverse number of projects from elegant urban residences to casual weekend getaways and innovative public spaces.
