The historic Struble’s Arcade, a layered landmark in the heart of the Penn Yan, New York.

Originally built in 1869, the three-story masonry structure once served as a bustling indoor shopping arcade, considered Penn Yan’s earliest version of a modern shopping mall.

Struble’s Arcade housed a post office, telegraph office, grocery store, insurance offices, to***co store, tailor shop, and even a basement oyster bar with its own street-level entrance.

Once a marble factory, then a trophy factory—now a richly redefined live-work development.

Thank you to and for bringing to the drafting table to reimagine this 6,500 sq. ft. building while preserving its historic charm.

The design process kicked off last March, and today, final photography is underway! 🎞️

This has been my most collaborative project to date—working alongside a team of visionaries who embrace bold ideas and have fun with design. We infused this space with rich colors, curated metals, and striking marbles as a nod to its storied past.

What makes this project even more special? and will soon call 222 South home, establishing their new offices on the ground floor.✨
