Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
Directions:
1. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C), and don’t forget to grease that muffin tin!
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt—mix it up until combined.
