Rustic Sausage, Mushroom, and Potato Bake:

Ingredients
1. Sausages: 4-6 rustic sausages (such as Italian sausage or Chorizo)
2. Mushrooms: 1 cup mixed mushrooms (button, cremini, shiitake)
3. Potatoes: 2-3 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
4. Onions: 1 large onion, chopped
5. Garlic: 3 cloves garlic, minced
6. Herbs: 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, 1 sprig fresh thyme
7. Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
8. Salt and pepper: to taste
9. Grated cheese: 1 cup grated cheddar or Parmesan (optional)

Instructions
1. Preheat: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Sauté sausages: Cook sausages in a large skillet over medium-high heat, browning on all sides (5-7 minutes). Remove from heat; set aside.
3. Sauté mushrooms and onions: In the same skillet, cook mushrooms and onions until tender (5-7 minutes). Add garlic; cook 1 minute.
4. Prepare potatoes: In a large bowl, toss potato slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

2. Protein:
- 1 cup (115g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup (115g) sliced beef (sirloin or ribeye)
3. Vegetables:
- 1 cup (50g) sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup (50g) sliced carrots
- 1 cup (50g) sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
4. Savory Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce (optional)
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
5. Garnish:
- Chopped green onions
- Sesame seeds

Instructions:
1. Cook noodles: Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Strawberries & Cream Heart-Shaped Donuts:

Ingredients:
1. Donut dough:
1. 2 cups all-purpose flour
2. 1/2 cup granulated sugar
3. 1/2 cup whole milk
4. 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
5. 1/4 teaspoon salt
6. 2 large eggs
7. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2. Strawberries & cream filling:
1. 1 cup strawberry jam
2. 1 cup whipped cream
3. 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
3. Glaze:
1. 1 cup powdered sugar
2. 2 tablespoons milk
3. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
1. Make donut dough: Whisk flour, sugar, yeast and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk milk, egg and melted butter. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Knead until smooth.
2. Proof dough: Place dough in a greased bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place (1 hour).
3. Punch down dough: Divide dough into 6-8 equal pieces. Roll each into a ball and flatten into a disk. Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to create donuts.
4. Fry donuts: Heat oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F. Fry donuts 2-3 minutes per side or until golden. Drain on paper towels.
5. Make strawberries & cream filling: Mix strawberry jam and whipped cream. Fold in sliced strawberries.
6. Assemble donuts: Fill a piping bag with strawberries & cream filling. Pipe into cooled donuts.
7. Glaze donuts: Whisk powdered sugar, milk and vanilla extract. Dip tops of donuts in glaze.
