🍯 Honey Butter Skillet Corn – Sweet, Creamy & Comforting
"Every time I make this, it reminds me of summer BBQs and family potlucks. Just a few ingredients and suddenly
 everyone’s asking for seconds."

🍮 Honey Butter Skillet Corn
Ingredients:
– 2 tbsp butter 🧈
– 2 tbsp honey 🍯
– 1 bag (16 oz) frozen corn đŸŒœ
– 2 oz cream cheese (cubed) 🧀
– 1/4 tsp salt 🧂

Instructions:

Melt butter and honey in a skillet over medium heat.

Add corn and stir until heated through.

Mix in cream cheese and stir until melted.

Season with salt.

Serve warm and creamy!

đŸ„­ Mango Ice Cream
Ingrédients :
– 1/4 tasse de sucre
– 1 tasse de lait đŸ„›
– 1 cuillĂšre Ă  cafĂ© de fĂ©cule de maĂŻs
– 1 tasse de crĂšme fouettĂ©e đŸ„„
– 1/2 tasse de purĂ©e de mangue đŸ„­
– 1 cuillĂšre Ă  cafĂ© d’arĂŽme de mangue (facultatif)
– Colorant alimentaire (facultatif)

Instructions :

Mélange le lait, la fécule de maïs et le sucre dans une casserole.

Fais chauffer jusqu’à Ă©paississement. Laisse refroidir.

Ajoute la purĂ©e de mangue, la crĂšme et l’arĂŽme.

Mixe bien, colore si souhaité.

Verse dans un récipient et congÚle 6 h minimum.

🍓 Strawberry Ice Cream
Ingrédients :
– 1/4 tasse de sucre
– 1 tasse de lait
– 1 tasse de crĂšme fouettĂ©e
– 5–6 fraises fraĂźches rĂąpĂ©es ou mixĂ©es
– 1 cuillĂšre Ă  cafĂ© d’essence de fraise
– Colorant rose (facultatif)

Instructions :

Mélange tous les ingrédients ensemble.

Mixe jusqu’à texture lisse.

GoĂ»te et ajuste l’arĂŽme ou le sucre.

Verse dans un moule.

CongĂšle au moins 6 heures.

🍌 Banana Ice Cream
Ingrédients :
– 2 bananes bien mĂ»res
– 1/4 tasse de sucre
– 1 tasse de lait
– 1 tasse de crĂšme fouettĂ©e

Instructions :

Écrase les bananes.

Ajoute lait, sucre, crÚme et mélange bien.

Mixe jusqu’à onctuositĂ©.

Place au congélateur.

Laisse reposer 6–8 h.

"Cette recette, c’est celle que je prĂ©parais les dimanches d’automne, quand tout le monde rentrait Ă  la maison affamĂ© et heureux. Une couche d’amour, une couche de fromage, encore une
 et c’est prĂȘt."

Ingrédients :
– 9 feuilles de lasagne prĂ©cuites
– 1 oignon Ă©mincĂ© 🧅
– 2 gousses d’ail 🧄
– 500 g de bƓuf hachĂ© 🍖
– 2 tasses de sauce tomate 🍅
– 250 g de ricotta ou fromage cottage
– 2 tasses de mozzarella rĂąpĂ©e 🧀
– 1 tasse de parmesan rĂąpĂ©
– 1 c. Ă  cafĂ© d’origan ou basilic sĂ©chĂ© 🌿
– Sel et poivre

Instructions :

Faire revenir l’oignon, l’ail et la viande jusqu’à cuisson. Ajouter la sauce tomate, sel, poivre, origan.

Dans un plat, alterner : sauce – pĂątes – ricotta – mozzarella. RĂ©pĂ©ter 3 fois.

Terminer avec le reste de mozzarella et parmesan.

Cuire à 180°C (350°F) pendant 30–35 min.

Laisser reposer 10 min avant de servir pour des parts nettes.

– 1 large eggplant, sliced 🍆
– 2 zucchinis, sliced thinly đŸ„’
– 400 g tomato sauce 🍅
– 200 g shredded mozzarella 🧀
– 1 clove garlic, minced 🧄
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– Salt & pepper

Instructions:
– Grill or roast zucchini and eggplant slices until soft.
– In a baking dish, layer sauce, veggies, cheese, and repeat.

A crispy, gooey dessert that melts in your mouth — perfect for sweet cravings and easy to make!

✅ Ingredients:
6 slices sandwich bread (crusts removed)

3 tbsp peanut butter

1 peanut butter cup (chopped – like Reese’s)

1 egg

2 tbsp milk

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

Butter for frying

✅ Instructions:
Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin

Spread a bit of peanut butter on one end

Add some chopped peanut butter cup

Roll up tightly

Whisk egg and milk, dip rolls in the mixture

Fry in butter until golden brown

Mix cinnamon and sugar, roll the warm rolls in it
