Ingredients:

1 (3.4 oz) box of instant lemon pudding mix πŸ‹

For the Pie Crust:

2 Β½ cups graham cracker crumbs πŸͺ

β…” cup butter, melted 🧈
Or 1 graham cracker crust, 9 inch (for a no-bake option) πŸͺ
Directions:

Prepare the Pie Crust:

In a medium mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. πŸͺ🍚🧈
Press the mixture into a deep dish pie dish, making sure to cover the sides. πŸͺ

Mediterranean Bean & Egg Salad

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

2 eggs, boiled to your preference (jammy or hard)

1 cup canned white beans (drained & rinsed)

Β½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

ΒΌ cup black olives (Kalamata or similar)

ΒΌ small red onion, thinly sliced

1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp red wine vinegar or lemon juice

Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

1️⃣ Cook the Eggs
Boil eggs for 7–8 minutes for a jammy yolk. Cool in ice water, peel, and halve.

2️⃣ Prepare the Salad Base

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp olive oil

For the Filling:

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Chicken Parmesan πŸ˜‹ Try it, you will not regret it!
Ingredients:
4 chicken breast fillets
1 cup of regular flour
2 beaten eggs
1 cup of breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp of dried basil leaves
1 tsp of dried oregano
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
Salt and pepper as required
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 cup of tomato-based marinara sauce
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
Use a meat mallet to even out the thickness of the chicken breasts.
Prepare a breading station by placing three shallow dishes side by side. Fill the first dish with flour, the second with beaten eggs, and the third with a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat each chicken breast in flour, shaking off any excess. Dip it into the beaten eggs, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the breaded chicken breasts until they are golden brown on both sides, approximately 2-3 minutes per side.
Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and top each one with some marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.

2 tablespoons red curry paste
1 tablespoon fish sauce
Vegetables & Aromatics:
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
Finishing Touches:
1 lime, juiced
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:

4 pounds pork spareribs
Β½ cup honey
ΒΌ cup soy sauce
ΒΌ cup distilled white vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Slice ribs into individual pieces. Combine honey, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and garlic in a large bowl; stir until honey and sugar are completely dissolved, then stir in baking soda. The mixture will begin to foam. Transfer ribs to the bowl and turn to coat.
Cover a cookie sheet with foil; arrange ribs meat-side up on the prepared sheet. Pour excess sauce over ribs and sprinkle with garlic salt.

1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 small onion, diced
1 cup uncooked white rice
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
2 cups beef broth
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a skillet, cook ground beef, mushrooms, and onion until beef is browned; drain excess fat.

In a bowl, combine beef mixture, uncooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Pour into baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 50–60 minutes, until rice is tender.
