Cook chicken 6–8 mins until golden & cooked through. Set aside.

In same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sautΓ© 1–2 mins.

Stir in Parmesan. Toss cooked chicken to coat. Remove from heat.

In a separate saucepan, melt butter for sauce. Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic & onion powder.

Add heavy cream and simmer 3–4 mins until slightly thickened. Stir in Parmesan, season to taste.

Serve chicken bites drizzled with the creamy Cajun sauce. Optional: garnish with parsley or serve with rice/pasta!
