**Directions:
1. Prepare Peaches: Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat. Lightly brush peach halves with olive oil.
2. Grill Peaches: Place peaches cut-side down and grill for 2–3 minutes until grill marks appear. Remove and slice.
3. Make Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Ingredients 🥚🌰🧂:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup (240 ml) milk
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons psyllium
- 1/2 cup (80 g) almonds
- 1/3 cup (40 g) peanuts
- 1/4 cup (30 g) cashews
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Salt

Directions 🍞🥄:
1. In a blender, combine the eggs, milk, flax seeds, psyllium, almonds, peanuts, cashews, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
2. Grease a jar with a little bit of oil or cooking spray.
3. Pour the batter into the jar, filling it only halfway to allow room for the bread to rise.
4. Microwave on high for 1 minute, or until the bread is cooked through.
5. Carefully remove the jar from the microwave (it will be hot!) and let it cool for a few minutes before enjoying your bread in a jar.

Shrimp – 300g (peeled and deveined)

Garlic – 3 cloves (finely chopped)

Dried chili – 3-5 pieces (adjust to taste)

Chili powder – 1/2 tsp

Ground black pepper – 1/4 tsp

Salt – 1/2 tsp

Cooking oil – for frying

Optional: A splash of lime or lemon juice for garnish

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Shrimp:

Peel and devein the shrimp.

Rinse under cold water and pat dry.

Marinate with 1/2 teaspoon of cooking oil, a pinch of salt, and a bit of pepper. Let it rest for 10–15 minutes.

2. Prepare the Aromatics:

Finely chop the garlic.

- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

- 2 pickle slices

- 1/4 onion, thinly sliced

- Cooking oil or butter for frying

Instructions:

Directions:

1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter (cold, cubed)

1 egg yolk
1 tbsp ice water
Filling:
1/2 cup pistachio paste
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a tart pan.
In a food processor, combine flour, powdered sugar, and salt. Add cold butter and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add egg yolk and ice water, pulse until dough forms. Press dough into the tart pan and chill for 30 minutes.
