These Anzac Biscuits are a traditional Australian treat! Made with oats, coconut, and golden syrup, theyβre chewy, sweet, and perfect for tea time.
Ingredients π
1 cup rolled oats πΎ
1 cup shredded coconut π₯₯
1 cup flour πΎ
1/2 cup sugar βͺ
1/2 cup butter, melted π§
2 tbsp golden syrup π―
1 tsp baking soda π§
2 tbsp boiling water π§
Instructions π
Mix Dry Ingredients: Combine oats, coconut, flour, and sugar in a bowl. πΎπ₯₯
Make Syrup: Mix melted butter, golden syrup, baking soda, and boiling water. Stir into dry ingredients. π§π―
Bake: Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and bake at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until golden. πͺπ₯
