Ingredients:

1 lb breakfast sausage
8 oz cream cheese, softened
6 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups frozen tater tots
Chopped chives or green onions (optional garnish)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

So rich, comforting, and incredibly easy to make at home—you’ll never crave the restaurant version again!

Ingredients:
• 3 tsp butter
• 1 onion, diced
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 3 cups broccoli florets (about 1 crown), sliced
• 1 cup carrots, julienned
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• Salt and pepper, to taste

Simple Instructions:
1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until soft and translucent.

10 small flour or corn tortillas
Cooking spray or olive oil for brushing
Directions:

Golden and crunchy on the outside, gooey and melty on the inside—these mozzarella sticks are a crowd-pleaser. Served with warm marinara and a cool, creamy dip, they make the ultimate snack or party appetizer.



Ingredients

For the Mozzarella Sticks:
• 1 lb mozzarella cheese, cut into 1-inch sticks or cubes
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 large eggs, beaten
• 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup regular bread crumbs
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Oil, for frying

For the Marinara Sauce (optional):
• 1 cup canned crushed tomatoes
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp dried basil
• Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Creamy Dip:
• 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped
• Salt and pepper, to taste



Instructions

1. Prepare the Breading Station:
Set up three shallow bowls:
• One with flour
• One with beaten eggs
