✅ Another project completed with a happy customer!

On this project, we removed existing carpet and ceramic tile and installed #1 grade 2 1/4” unfinished red oak hardwood. The floors were then sanded and finished with one coat of whitener and 3 clear coats for a clean, bright, and durable finish.

We also rebuilt the staircase with new red oak stair treads and risers, and upgraded the look by replacing wood spindles with modern iron spindles. To wrap it all up, we completed white paint touch-ups for a crisp, finished look.
