In just a few short hours, these mountains of dough will be transformed into 28 gorgeous loaves. 🤩🍞

And of course, there are a few rounds of bagels on the schedule too! 🥯💛

A handful of these goodies are headed out for orders, but most of them are for an exciting new opportunity! 🎉🫶

It’s a double-post kind of night because just LOOK at this beauty. 😍🍞✨

This is a Pesto Mozzarella loaf and I am absolutely obsessed. 💚🧀

Now, if we’re being honest here… if you tried my Pesto Mozzarella loaf at the market this week and thought, “Meh.” 🫠😅

Me too.

I couldn’t get my hands on my usual pesto and thought, “It’ll be fine.”

Spoiler alert: it was NOT fine. 😂

So consider that loaf officially getting a do-over at market this summer because THIS is how it’s supposed to taste. 🤤💚

This beauty is made with my go-to pesto and let me tell you… WOW. The flavor is incredible, the mozzarella gets all melty and delicious, and I may have a hard time letting this one leave my kitchen. 😍🍞

✨ This right here is the reality of the post-market hangover. 😂🍞

Poor Stella was a little neglected yesterday and may have accidentally skipped a feeding. 😅 But fear not! She just got fed and will be back to her bubbly, thriving self in no time. 💛

The chaos of this week has been REAL, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Tonight I’m taking it easy and soaking up some time with my nieces and nephew before jumping back into baking tomorrow. 💛

A few loaves will be headed to Shelly’s Sweets this weekend, and I’ve got some orders to tackle too! 🤩🍞

What a fantastic first Midweek Market of the season! 🤩

Honestly, I felt like I brought a smaller amount of bread this week… but you all proved once again that your support never goes unnoticed. 😭💛

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, said hello, sampled some goodies, asked questions, and took home a little piece of Sweet, Sweet Sourdough.

Seeing familiar faces, meeting new customers, and being back at one of my favorite markets is something I’ll never take for granted. 🥹

Here’s a little glimpse of what prep days look like—today will be about 9.5 hours of baking! First three loaves went in at 1:27—just one oven powering through! 💪
