What began as a sketch became a space to hold grief, rage, and remembrance—when words no longer felt sufficient.

⁨ سال اسبِ آتشین اغلب با این ویژگی‌ها همراه است:
تغییرات سریع و جنبش‌های اجتماعی
جدا شدن مردم از ساختارها و محدودیت‌های کهنه
جهش‌های کارآفرینانه و ریسک‌های خلاقانه
به‌قدرت رسیدن شخصیت‌های نیرومند و اثرگذار
اشتیاقی عمیق به اصالت و حقیقت فردی

این سال معمولاً سالی آرام یا محافظه‌کارانه نیست؛
حرکت را بر ثبات ترجیح می‌دهد.

امید دارم این سال برای ایران—و مردمش که سال‌ها بی‌وقفه برای ابتدایی‌ترین حقوق و آزادی‌های خود جنگیده‌اند—تغییری را به همراه بیاورد که شایسته‌اش بوده‌اند. امیدوارم سال اسبِ آتشین که از فوریهٔ ۲۰۲۶ آغاز می‌شود، نیروی واقعی حرکت را با خود بیاورد؛
این‌که پس از این همه انتظار، تاب‌آوری و رنج،
سرانجام همه‌چیز سریع و قاطع دگرگون شود.
دلم وقتی به ایران فکر می‌کنم درد می‌گیرد—به آن پاره از مادرِ زمین که در عین حال مادرِ زیستیِ من نیز هست—و امروز چنین عمیق در رنج است. اسب، نشانه‌ای درست برای این لحظه به نظر می‌رسد:
نشانهٔ فریدون و کاوه،
نشانهٔ مردمی شجاع و هوشمند،
نشانهٔ ایرانیان و آریاییانی که ریشه‌هایشان دور و گسترده است.
حتی واژه‌های «ایران» و «ایرلند» نیز ریشه‌هایی کهن را با هم شریک‌اند.
رویای من آینده‌ای است که در آن همه بتوانیم آزادانه سفر کنیم—
هم در جسم و هم در ذهن—
بی‌هراس، بی‌مرز، و بی‌تبعید.

اسبِ آتشین انرژی‌ای جدی و نیرومند است.
من همین حالا هم سرعت و قدرتش را حس می‌کنم.
سال‌ها پیش، استاد شَمَنِ من مرا «پارادایم» نامید
و به من گفت که این—
این دارو، این کار، این حرکت—
هدیه‌ای است که قرار است هر جا فرستاده می‌شوم، ارائه‌اش دهم.
امید دارم بتوانم سهمِ خود را ادا کنم.

در آینده، از خلال تأمل‌ها و روایت‌ها،
بیشتر از دشواری‌هایم در ماه‌های پایانی ۲۰۲۵ خواهم گفت—
و از این‌که چگونه از دل آن‌ها عبور کردم.
باور دارم که پیشاپیش،
در جاهایی که روزی طرد شده بودم،
بذرهای تغییر را کاشته‌ام.
آتش چنین می‌کند:
پاک می‌کند،
دگرگون می‌سازد،
و به پیش میرو د.⁩⁩⁩

A Fire Horse year often brings:
• Rapid change and social movement
• People breaking away from old systems or constraints
• Entrepreneurial surges and creative risks
• Strong personalities rising to prominence
• A desire for authenticity and personal truth

It’s generally not a quiet or conservative year — it favors motion over stability.
I hope this year brings Iran—and its people, who have fought tirelessly for their most basic rights and freedoms—the change they have long deserved. I hope the Year of the Fire Horse, beginning in February 2026, carries real momentum: that things finally shift quickly and decisively, after so much waiting, endurance, and pain.

My heart aches when I think of Iran—of that part of Mother Earth that is also my biological mother—hurting so deeply right now. The Horse feels like the right song for this moment: the song of Fereydun and Kaveh, of brave and intelligent people, of Iranians and Aryans whose roots stretch far and wide. Even the words Iran and iron share ancient origins. I dream of a future where we can all travel freely—physically and mentally—without fear, borders, or exile.

The Fire Horse is serious energy. I can already feel its speed and force. Years ago, my shaman teacher called me a paradigm, and told me that this—this medicine, this work, this movement—is what I am meant to offer wherever I am sent. I hope I can share my share.

I will tell you more, through future reflections and stories, about my struggles in the final months of 2025—and how I moved through them. I believe I have already planted seeds of change in places where I was once rejected. Fire does that. It clears. It transforms. And it moves forward.
