Day 2 - All About You!
It’s been awhile since I’ve shown my face on here so here’s a recent photo of me with the fam all fancied up for my cousin’s wedding 🥰
My name is Brooke for those who don’t know me in real life 🙋♀️ I’ve been married for just about 4 years and have 2 amazing little ones that I love to death! I cannot imagine my life without them, not going to lie mom life is hard but wouldn’t trade it for the world!
I’m a Jersey girl through and through. After college I did seriously consider moving to Florida but then ultimately couldn’t leave my family and couldn’t imagine life without snow 😂
By day I am a fertility pharmacist & love how rewarding it is. Honestly did not know how many people were impacted by fertility issues until starting here and it has been very eye opening.
I had first learned to crochet in my early childhood and then picked it back up when my now husband and I were looking to buy a house. I saw a blanket pattern that I NEEDED to make for our new house and the rest is history. I’ve recently have found more joy in creating stuffed animals and baby items, I think it’s just because that’s the phase of life I’m currently in.
I wish I could say I am able to sneak in some crochet time daily but man working full time and taking care of two littles is exhausting! Especially when both of them decided they don’t like sleep all of the sudden 🤷♀️ but when I do get moments to crochet I get absolutely lost in it! My mind is instantly clear and calm and I can’t wait to see the project completed! I do crochet while they are awake too just lose count of stitches much faster with a very talkative toddler 😂 IYKYK She loves “crocheting” as well and is constantly asking what I am making and wants to “make yarn” too. I get my little buddy a crochet hook and skein of yarn and let her have at it 🥰
I feel like I say this all the time but hoping to be more active and get to know all of you a little better!
