Cooked the Reelin N Smokin contest yesterday at Ditto Landing! The last few contest I’ve really struggled getting my ribs to score. Made some tweaks to recipe and finished with a 3rd placeSweet Meat Butcher Shop rib!!! Hopefully I can keep it moving in the right direction!!

I guess I focused too much on the ribs and chicken tanked out this week finishing 22nd. Finishing 10th overall out of 31 team.

Congratulations to Big Fluff BBQ on the GC!!! Ole boy is on fire !! And Rollin Smoke BBQ for the RGC!!!

A little late posting this weekend’s results, but what a great time we had this weekend in Gadsden,AL at Smoke on the falls.

We had a good cook and put some good food in the boxes! We came out with a 4th place Say My Name BBQ Products chicken 🐔!! These products continue to put us in the hunt each contest!!

We overshot our ribs this weekend and ended up with a 17th place rib. Thanks to Sweet Meat Butcher Shop for sending us some hammers! Hate I didn’t do my part on them !!

We ended up with an 8th place overall! Congrats to Budget BBQ on the GC! And Pork Life Competition BBQ Team on the RGC!

This weekend we attended the Singing River Smoke-O-Rama event!! Wee Daddy's BBQ you and your team did a great job putting on this event. We had a great time seeing all our BBQ buddies and shaking hands with others that we haven’t met.

Big congratulations to Chris Cothrum kids crew Collins and Cash along with Rollin Smoke BBQ Carson and Case for showing out in the kids Que event!! Y’all all did a great job! All those hot dogs were amazing!

When the dust settled we ended up with a 5th place Say My Name BBQ Products chicken call.

11th place Sweet Meat Butcher ShopPrairie Fresh rib call.

3rd place Friday night steak ancillary call to put us 5th overall out of some the best teams in the south.

Huge congratulations to Michael Williams and Jason Pendley with team mind if I smoke on the Grand Championship and Cody Howard with Rollin Smoke BBQ for RGC!

This weekend we attended the Foley BBQ & Blues Cook Off. What a great event for a great cause supporting the kids at the local Baldwin county schools. The weather was perfect for a bbq event and the locals showed up for it raising a pile of money for the kids!!

When the dust settled we were able to walk away with the overall Grand Championship.
1st place “180” Prairie Fresh ribs from Sweet Meat Butcher Shop.

1st place chicken Say My Name BBQ Products that say my name clucker rub is the real deal !

3rd place pork with the best SPG in the game Trauma Hogs BBQ.

Congratulations to Macalicious Bbq on their RGC! And congratulations to everyone else who got their names called!

What a weekend for Southern Swine BBQ !! Rollin Smoke BBQ and myself made the long trip to Haines City,FL this weekend to compete at Ribs on the Ridge. Here’s how it shook out….

1st place chicken
4th place ribs
1st place pork
2nd place brisket
Good enough for the Grand Championship in the Backyard division.

Congratulations to Rollin Smoke BBQ on the KCBS Reserve !!
