I had some people come at me about the leaves in another group, but I didn't let the Karen's squash my creativity. The name of my business says it all...

HELP!!!!!

I can't figure out if this handle is welded on, glued on or what!! There are no slots/slits where what look like screws are. It is a metal cart and the handle is made out of the same metal of the body of the cart.
I tried taking a flat head screwdriver to see if it would pop off but no such luck.
This is a clients piece I am working on so I don't want to damage it. The front wall of the drawer is flimsy too so I am scared to put too much pressure on it. The back of the front wall of this drawer is clean. No holes,no caps nothing like any holes for the screws.

Any ideas my friends how to get the handle off?

Well tomorrow the fun begins!! A client found me on my Etsy Shop, shipped me this metal cart. He wants it Jackie Collins themed.

Yall, I can't get this 🤬 baked on freaking kryptonite paint off this cart! I have never seen paint grip so hard to something.

But,(there is always a but with me) with some advice I am waiting for a tool to come in to see if that don't get the rest off.

Okay, so setting the scene..
Envision a metallic lavender paint, his favorite book title in the middle"Hollywood Wives" ,he sent me some of her books this one included. Thinking of taking some pages and maybe burning the edges a little and pasting them on the sides, sketching out the LA skyline of buildings and palm trees. Gold lining.. he would like his favorite picture of Jackie on the bottom.

Did anyone ever read her books? I don't have time to read her books. If you did, is there any one thing that stood out as a signature of hers? Anything she is known for besides writing? Fun facts? I would like to add them somewhere on this cart.

About This Piece

Some pieces of furniture tell you exactly what they want to become.
This chair did that for me.
As I stared at the shape of the backrest, I began to see a top hat. Then I noticed the beautiful curling lines of the arms, and suddenly the idea began to take shape.
Mad Hatter Alley was born.
I started with the back of the chair first. I imagined the Mad Hatter having to travel through a world of colorful, mystical swirls before finally arriving at his own little alley.
I didn't force the design onto the chair. I let the chair lead me.
The colors, movement, curves, patterns, and whimsical details came together organically. I was simply the artist executing the story the chair seemed to be asking me to tell.
The result is a completely one-of-a-kind decorative art chair designed to be seen, admired, and enjoyed as a statement piece.

"MAD HATTER ALLEY"

And he is finally completed!

This was definitely challenging. From the painting fabric, to hand painting designs, to the upholstry change.But I love the outcome.

"Mad Hatter Alley" has become one of my favorite pieces to date. It is whimsical and was fun to do.

I just wanted to share and say anything is possible with that mindset going in. I enjoyed where the creativity took me. Hope you all like it.😊

Okay, after mourning the loss of one of my furbabies, I am throwing myself back into creating. I have missed everyone and look forward to seeing what everyone is working on. Have a blessed Saturday everyone!

P.S. If anyone has an easier way of taking the manufacturer paint off a metal cart,please let me know! I have tried st****er, 120 hand sanding, acetone....it barely moves this indestructible paint! HELP!!!!!!!
