We know there's going to be amazing fabric coming in! (Some donors have told us they're going to drop off). We also know that we still have room for you to help us organize all of it while you look for your favorite pieces for your own projects. There's still room on Thursday and Friday afternoons. Join us and beef up your stash! Also, tiles, carpet, wood, and more are also for sure arriving next week. Jump in and see! And if you can, will you help us get the word out and share?

Consulting on the full build out of an unfinished attic space to create a fabulous master suite for a fun loving couple in their forever home. Helping them sort through unlimited options and bring their vision and wishes to life (on budget) is a joy, and it’s so exciting to see all of their hard work and love for all things vintage become a reality.

I really loved this notice from one of my favorite neighborhoods to roam around for a day. The big picture can apply to everyone no matter where you live - please, please support your local businesses, restaurants, dog walkers, trades etc. as much as you can.

1. If you are healthy, go for a stroll and visit a few of your local shops and restaurants if you feel comfortable with that.

2. Shop online - lots of local businesses have invested a lot of time and energy into creating some sort of online experience.
Or just give them terrific reviews online to help support them.

3. Order delivery or takeout from local restaurants, visit your independently owned specialty stores, butchers, beer/wine shops, and gourmet stores.

3. Buy gift cards to your favorite spots - you may not want/need to go now, but the support will help get them through this challenging time.

Shop local, support local, if you shop there they will be there for you. Stay safe everyone, lots of love. ❤️❤️

In an effort to practice social intention in a time of social distancing, we want to share with you five ways to support your local economy and small business community during this time of uncertainty:

- Shop the Site: Many of our local businesses have fantastic websites and sell their products online. They work hard on maintaining these sites year round, and if you’re choosing to or are asked to stay home, now is a great time to discover what’s available from the comfort of your couch.

- Love. Like. Share: What do you love about Andersonville? What businesses do you frequent and why do you keep returning? Now is the time to show these businesses some love in your social media feeds. Or, if you’re visiting a business this week, share it! Tag the business, tag us, and tag a friend who should check it out in the future.

- Order Direct: Many of our local restaurants and cafes are able to deliver food straight to your home, or will allow you to order food for pick-up with the ease of an app or a quick phone call.

- Use Your Voice: Now is a great time to catch up on reviewing your favorite shop, eatery, healthcare provider, or service business. Your positive reviews on Google, Yelp and Facebook will start building positive momentum for the months to come.

- Aville is Open: Our businesses are taking extra care to sanitize their spaces and are currently open. We are a wonderful neighborhood to walk, visit, shop, dine and experience, while still staying safe and cautious. If you want to show your support today, go purchase gift cards from your favorite local businesses now, with the plan of using them at a later date.

Thank you for your continued support of our business community!
