More than a year ago I did a full restoration of this pretty window.
It was bowed, had some cracks and also had some not very good replacement pieces of glass from some previous repair.
So I took it apart, recut the broken and badly matched pieces of glass,rebuilt it with new lead and here it is.

Taking apart a 120 years old stained glass window, that has been damaged and badly bowed.

New stained glass window I made for house in OP.
The design was based on other stained glass windows, that are original to the house which is about 100 years old
It is made mostly with antique glass, but for the background we chose textured glass for more privacy.

Last week I did some repair on 2 of these bungalow windows in Berwyn.
Replaced 2 broken pieces of glass.
I didnt have to take it to the shop and was able to fix it on site

Before and after photo of a repair.
I was able to fix this stained glass in the house.
Found a perfect match for the glass, brought my glass cutter, couple of other tools and did the repair on the spot.
It’s not always possible, but when it is, it saves a lot of time

Just repaired 2 of these pretty transoms in Schiller Park.
Was lucky to find some old pieces of glass to match perfectly, also replaced the gold mirror pieces, that were damaged (not very visible in the pictures)

Recently restored these 3 beautiful staircase windows in OP.
I replaced broken pieces and some of the lead came, cemeted and cleaned them.
