No grout lines. Just a clean, modern, spa-like surface with subtle texture, natural movement, and a timeless architectural feel. This adds depth without overwhelming the space.

This went right over the existing tiles so there was no demo involved. The front of the tub was also covered to tie in the space to create the proper flow.

New trim, baseboards, casing, doors, walls, and ceilings for this living room. This was for one of my best friends parents homes so it was like doing a project for family. They gave me breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday while I worked. It was a project that was close to my heart and it was a sad moment when I was completed because I loved every minute of it. I haven’t done this kind of work in a while since I do more decorative work now but nonetheless it’s like riding a bike and it is still skills I have in my arsenal.
