Now Hiring: Shop Help

We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working individual to join our fabrication shop.

Position: Shop Helper / Fabrication Assistant

Duties May Include:
- Assisting with welding and fabrication projects
- Operating basic shop tools (grinders, saws, etc.)
- Material prep and cleanup
- Loading/unloading materials
- General shop organization

Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn
- Basic tool knowledge preferred (not required)
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
- Welding experience is a plus

What We Offer:
- Hands-on experience in a growing fabrication shop
- Opportunity to learn welding, CNC, and metalwork
- Competitive pay based on experience
