there's something truly special about homemade bread that gives it a taste and nutritional edge over store-bought alternatives... even those labeled as fresh baked, which always taste somewhat lacking.

my chicken cutlets with Caesar salad on these freshly baked rolls were devoured in a flash 😮‍💨
I guess that just goes to show the reward of putting love into what we eat.

I made blueberry jam the other night and decided it was time to try a blueberry sourdough loaf.. she busted at the seams but otherwise looks so delicious 😩😩

I'm having a VERY hard time waiting for it to cool before I cut into it.
