I got the chance to go in this past Sunday and revamp/restock the Good Bones booth. Lots of fellow vendors did the same. Lots of new items to look at.

Side note: did you know that I restore old lamps and build custom lamps out of just about anything. I can restore that family heirloom desk or floor lamp, rebuild that awesome chandelier you got stored away.

Custom lamps include table lamps made from auto parts, musical instruments, old vases, and even old cameras. Shop motto is, “Hey, I can make a lamp out of that!”

Added two special items to the booth. The Coors lite is a vintage neon lite works awesome and does not have a transformer buzz like most lites. The Blue Moon lite is a newer LED sign. Both are available at the Sentimental Journey Marketplace in Olathe, KS.

Also, just to clarify and provide a little history on one of the items in my last post. The vintage OD green parts bin. The original pic shows it standing on end instead of set like on a bench top (last pic).

The history behind this bin is I got this in like ’78 from the 254th Combat Communications Squadron, of which I was a member of, based in Garland, Texas. Or it was. Unit either disbanded or moved - not sure which. Bin was probably leftover from Vietnam or even the Korean War. This parts bin would certainly have stories to tell if it could talk I bet. Lots of history.

Updated the booth with new items. Fully restocked the hot wheels display. Yes, you see a few Halloween and Christmas items.

Many of the vendors here at SJMP have restocked and gussied up their booths in anticipation of the fall and holiday shopping season. Come on by y’all and it out.
