In 2008, after thirteen years of driving over the road, SleeperKing founder Rich Petry made a plan to level up the quality of sleep drivers were limited by. After years as an over the road

owner/operator, Rich accepted a regional job driving for Omaha Bedding Company. Realizing that most manufacturers cut corners on truck and RV mattresses, Rich designed his first custom mattress to fit his truck sleeper — and now the rest is history!
